23 and Me

Many of us have done some exploring of our heritage and ancestry using DNA-based sites like ‘23 and Me.’ They’re a great way to learn a little bit more about ourselves, where we come from, and even why we’re wired in the way that we are.

Let’s spend our first weekend of the new year doing the same. The more awareness we have of who we are and what’s going on inside of us—our “DNA”—the more healthy we’ll be in 2023.
