According to Barna's Connected Generation Report, 59% of Millennials and Gen Zers are anxious, and only one third feel cared for by the people around them. Barna also found this age of anxiety, worry and fear is tied to increased social media use and screen time. In this three-week series, we'll examine how our tech affects our thoughts, actions and reactions and go to the Bible to develop healthy mindsets and habits to focus ourselves on the life-giving love and wisdom of God.
