Sin

Sin

The book of Romans was written by the apostle Paul to Christians in the city of Rome essentially as a missionary fundraising letter. He was planning a trip to Spain to spread the Gospel and needed their financial and spiritual support. Romans is lengthy and full of theology (what we believe), so we’re going to focus on six concepts foundational to our faith: where we start (sin), what God did (justification), what happens as a result (sanctification) and our new reality (hope and life in community by serving and loving others).
