Future Hope

Future Hope

If you grab a physical Bible and open it in the middle, chances are you'll land in Psalms, a book full of songs and poems of lament and praise, discouragement and hope. God deliberately included this in His Word because, in it, we experience the full gamut of human emotions and learn He isn't upset or offended by them. Psalms is real, authentic, and vulnerable. What would happen if we fully engaged with and embodied more of the honest humanity presented in this book? Imagine how freeing it would be to fully express all your thoughts and feelings to the One who created you and how influential your interactions with those in your Little Iowa would be if they could see the real you redeemed by Jesus.
