Prairie Lakes Church partners with missionaries James and Chao Wanje to serve the coastal region of Kenya. Their goal is to transform communities through the local church through pastoral & leadership development, marriage enrichment, training Sunday school teachers, youth (under 25) ministry development, and socio-economic development. On this trip, we will be working alongside James and Chao and local leaders and churches to take part in the various areas of their ministry. Activities may include participating in their soccer outreach ministry, building relationships with secondary school students, women's ministry gathering, food distribution, and discipleship training.
