GIVE GENEROUSLY

Money is the number one competitor for our hearts and often our biggest source of stress. When you give generously, your heart and priorities change because you are placing your security and trust in God first.

YOU MATTER

Your generosity makes it possible for us to reach Iowans with the gospel. Join us in our mission to cover our state with churches where, no matter who you are, where you’ve been, what you’ve done or what’s been done to you, people can look for God!

PUTTING GOD FIRST

God desires to come first in every aspect of our lives – including our finances. Financial giving to the church is divided into two categories: tithes and offerings. The Bible teaches us a baseline standard for giving: the tithe. When we give the first 10% of our income to the church, we are exhibiting that God comes first in our lives. When we feel called to give above and beyond our tithe, we do so as an offering.

“You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.” Corinthians 9:11

LEAVE A LEGACY

Generosity changes lives – both ours and those who are being reached with the Gospel. Giving at Prairie Lakes Church allows you to be part of something bigger than yourself. It allows you to create a legacy at PLC and across Iowa that will make an impact for years to come.

ANNUAL REPORTS

We establish a budget annually approved by our Board of Elders and congregation. Monthly financial reports in comparison to budget are provided to the Board of Elders and periodically placed in the bulletin. Our Finance Department is audited annually by an independent CPA firm.
