John Day

Pastor of Worship Development

John serves as the Music Coordinator for Central Services. He coordinates all music for weekend services at our New Hampton and Cedar Rapids campuses, which includes scheduling, recruiting, developing and investing spiritually in those who serve on the worship teams. He also splits a portion of his time helping equip the musical staff at all campuses and plans and coordinates all of the musical experiences for the weekend church services.

John and his wife Molly have two children, Penelope and Leo, and a little dog named Eva. They really enjoy spending time together as a family as they watch their kids grow, laugh and play, and John and Molly enjoy going to dinner and a movie when they get the chance.
